Terms · Updated 5 November 2026
Using this site, and the pictures on it.
The photographs are the work. These are the terms that come with looking at them, and what to do if you want to use one.
Who you are dealing with
This site is run by MR M-RGAN LTD, company number 16494950, registered at Suite E Ground Floor Profile West, 950 Great West Road, Brentford, Greater London, TW8 9ES. Using it means these terms apply.
The photographs are ours
Every photograph on this site is our copyright unless it says otherwise. Where an image is credited to somebody else, it belongs to them and is shown with permission.
You may look at them, share a link to a page, and quote a page with a credit and a link. You may not copy, reproduce, crop, edit, retouch, use as a reference for artwork, train a model on, or publish them anywhere, commercially or not, without written permission.
That includes the obvious modern cases: feeding them to an image generator, using them in a mood board you then sell, or posting them as your own.
If you want to use a picture
Ask. info@m-rgan.com. Licensing is normal, it is usually straightforward, and the answer is often yes. The cost of asking is an email and the cost of not asking is considerably more.
Commissioning work
Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. What a job costs and what you get is agreed in writing before it starts, and those terms sit above these.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we keep the copyright in the photographs we take and you get a licence to use them for what was agreed. Delivering a set of pictures is not a transfer of copyright and it is not permission to run a frame as an advertisement.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and honest, but we do not promise it is free of mistakes or always available. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
The legal minimum
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
